ReplyDeleteI lack confidence when speaking in front of others. I sometimes think in terms of "Why cant i do this" Im shy " Im hopeless" is this self pity ? In other areas of my life I am fine. Why does this one area leave me feeling so useless.
ReplyDeleteHi you are not useless it's just that you need to familiarize your self to speak in public and this is not self pity
