I find great wisdom in the Toltec writings of Carlos Castaneda, although I certainly find don Miguel Ruiz to be a much easier read.
This is what I hear in the Castaneda quote...
1. Don't mind other people's business.
2. Don't get angry.
3. Keep your (negative) opinions to yourself.
